My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized, drawing from a range of therapeutic methods to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll decide what path feels most supportive for your current situation and needs.

At the heart of my work is the belief that many of the struggles we face today are connected to experiences and patterns from our past—sometimes even from before we had words to describe them. Often, we find ourselves repeating the same relational dynamics, communication styles, or coping mechanisms that have been quietly passed down through generations. These patterns can leave us feeling stuck, confused, or disconnected from the life we truly want to live. In our work together, we’ll gently explore how these old beliefs and behaviors came to be, and with compassion, begin to untangle them. We’ll look closely at the stories you've carried, the roles you've played, and the ways you've learned to navigate the world—often without even realizing it. This process isn’t about blame or judgment; it’s about awareness, healing, and growth. When we can clearly see where we’ve been, we can start to imagine—and create—something new: healthier relationships, more authentic ways of being, and a life that feels aligned with who you really are.
