Rates:

* Free 15 minute phone consultation for new clients to answer questions you might have and to allow you to see if I am a good fit for you. My main goal during the consultation is to help you find the right kind of help for you, whether that's with me or another clinician. ​

* Diagnostic Assessment (60 minutes): $350

* Individual Therapy (55 minutes): $300

       ***Private pay clients are offered a 10% discount.***

Payment Options:

* Cash, check, or credit card are accepted as payment.

* I am "in-network" with the following insurance companies:  

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Health Partners

• Cigna

• United Healthcare ​​

 

* I am "out-of-network” with all other insurance providers. It may be possible for you to receive out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance carrier, and in that case I will be happy to provide an invoice for you.

* Many of my clients pay for their sessions through their FSA or HSA (Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts).  This is an excellent way to pay for services.

Cancellation Policy:

* I ask for a 24-hour notification of cancellation in advance of your scheduled appointment. You will be required to pay a $75 fee if you do not notify me at least 24 hours before canceling or if you no-show.
