Your first full appointment is a chance for me to get to know you, learn about what brings you in, and understand what you're hoping to get from therapy. Together, we’ll explore how we might work together and talk about next steps. It’s okay if you’re not sure exactly what you want to focus on—that’s something we can figure out together.
That depends on your goals, preferences, and schedule. Many clients start with weekly sessions, while others prefer to meet every other week. This is something you and I can discuss and adjust as we go.
One-time, 15-minute phone consultation: Free
Initial diagnostic assessment appointment: $300
Individual 55-minute therapy session: $275

I ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged $75 for late cancellations or no-shows.
Yes, in general, Minnesota law protects the confidentiality of psychologist-client communication. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule, including:
If the client intends to harm to himself or herself.
If the client threatens to seriously harm another person.
Suspected abuse of a member of the vulnerable population such as a child (under age 18), mentally handicapped person, elderly person, or prenatal abuse.
If you any questions regarding confidentiality and the limits therein, please do not hesitate to ask.
